Soar Mill Cove Hotel Wedding Photographer
A hotel above a secluded cove near Salcombe, hired exclusively for weddings. Relaxed, documentary photography, £2,000 all in.

A note on the photos: I have not photographed a wedding at Soar Mill Cove Hotel yet, so as your Soar Mill Cove Hotel wedding photographer I am showing pictures from other weddings of mine. When I photograph one here, they will be replaced.
What a Soar Mill Cove Hotel wedding photographer is working with
Soar Mill Cove Hotel sits above a secluded cove on the South Devon coast near Salcombe, surrounded by National Trust coastline.
Weddings are exclusive use for up to 120 guests. Ceremonies and the reception are usually in Serendipity, the largest room, and the Sun Lounge looks straight out to sea for sunset.
A hidden cove, the whole hotel and a sunset over the sea.

Photographing a Soar Mill Cove wedding
The cove and the cliffs are right there, so portraits can be wild and coastal with very little walking. The west-facing views make sunset the best time of day here.
Because it is exclusive use, the hotel feels like your own place, which makes for relaxed, natural photos.

How I photograph a Soar Mill Cove Hotel wedding
Soar Mill Cove is tucked above its own little cove, surrounded by National Trust coastline. A Soar Mill Cove Hotel wedding photographer here has the cliffs and the sea a few minutes’ walk away.
As your Soar Mill Cove Hotel wedding photographer I photograph the ceremony and the dancing in Serendipity and save a short walk towards the cove for sunset, when this coast is at its best.

The dancefloor.
Planning your Soar Mill Cove Hotel wedding photography
Keep twenty minutes free before sunset and bring flat shoes for the path down towards the cove.

One price, £2,000, covers everything: I stay as long as you need me, you get 800+ finished photos, 100+ previews within a day, drone photos where permitted and a private gallery. UK travel is included, so there is no travel charge for Devon.
Hardly any. There is a list of family groups, which I keep quick, and a few minutes of portraits with gentle prompts. Everything else is unposed.
