Photographing a wedding at The Orangery

Deana and Liam’s 2024 wedding at The Orangery suited the way I work. The soft natural light and the gardens gave me plenty of room to photograph people as they were: friends greeting each other after years apart, the lake and gardens behind them, and the quiet moments that happen between the planned ones. I stayed with the vows, the portraits in the grounds and the celebrations on the dance floor, and kept out of the way of all of it.
