The barn takes dinner and the dancing, with festoon across the roof that holds up far better on camera than a lighting rig. The gardens take everything in between.

The gardens, and the hour before dark
Golden hour here is worth defending in your timings. Ten minutes outside when the light drops will give you more than an hour in the middle of the afternoon.
I will tell you roughly when that window falls for your date, so it can sit in the running order rather than being squeezed in around the speeches.

How I work a day here
Nothing is posed. I photograph the day as it actually happens, from close enough to hear the joke and far enough not to be in it.
Silent shutter all day and no flash at all until the dancefloor, so the ceremony and the speeches stay undisturbed.
The house behind them, and the estuary behind that.
Nobody was asked to stand anywhere.
